took graduation pix a while ago.. altho we havent even graduated yet! the gown is... NOT THAT PRETTY at all! but at least julie came to take pix with me =P

very yummy white russian (but i *hate* flash!)! was suppose to be on duty at the small animal hospital that night.. but got there and there were no patients.. so went out instead and became 'on call' =P

that place has one of the best pizzas i've ever had! quite authentic i must say.. tho i miss this sicilian restaurant back in malta! seafood risotto is my fav!

havent written on xanga for agessss.. its changed so much i could barely find my way around to post a new entry!

last term of lectures! god how time flies! i keep thinking about what i'd do after i graduate and i'm still pretty blank on that.. too many variables.. too many uncertainty.. all because of a stupid passport! kinda wanna be in 4 different places at the same time but i know thats not gonna be possible ...

on the up side tho.. i got to do a minor procedure all by myself in uni hospital the other day! i was psychologically NOT prepared for it and suddenly the surgeon said "okay.. you're the chief surgeon for this one".. i mean i must say i was secretly really happy about it but at the same time a panicked a little... it was just two subcutaneous tumors but it was my first surgery NOT on a stray animal. He watched me take out the first one then trusted me enough to leave the room! I still wanna specialise in surgery.. but sometimes i just think of all these exams i need to do before i can go to another country to do internships and residencies and that kinda puts me down a little... sigh..

i used to really look forward to going to the 5th year and graduating.. but now i realise.. its just gonna be the beginning of another chapter...

read sth today that makes me wonder.. why do some ppl have to thread on others to get ahead? why do they presume so much? why cant ppl just mind their own business every once in a while? and if they're so curious.. why can they just ask you outright but instead have to go behind you and ask ppl around you?

.: Laparoscopic Ovariectomy :.

Got to scrub in for a laparoscopic ovariectomy on a dog.. tho its prob not of much use going to such lengths in a dog.. it was a cool experience.. my arms are still sore from holding the fibre optics...
